At qrdgame, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronic gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your qrdgame account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement within 5 business days.
